At SAP CHAP, we take your skincare seriously and are here to ensure you have the best possible experience. Below, you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions about shipping and returns.

U.S. Shipping

We are thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $20 USD or more. All shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to process. You will receive an email containing your shipping information within that same timeline.

The 48 contiguous states will receive a tracking number. Depending on the shipping method you choose for all other shipping locations, you may or may not receive a shipping number. If you have any questions, please contact us.

It has been our experience that USPS standard shipping times are about 7 business days.

 

Canada Shipping


We also ship to all Canadian provinces, and we are thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50CAD or more. Shipping will be calculated in the checkout. 

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your SAP CHAP products without delay. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to process. You will receive an email containing your shipping information within that same timeline.

Depending on the shipping method you choose, you may or may not receive a shipping number. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Canada Post typically takes 10-20 business days depending on the province. These are estimates, as we cannot control transportation issues, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

However, rest assured that we will explore alternative shipping methods to ensure you receive your products promptly and be given the best rates possible.



Returns and Refunds

At SAP CHAP, we are proud to be CUSTOMER-CENTRIC and stand behind the quality of our products. While we cannot accept returns of used items due to the nature of our skincare products, we want you to shop with confidence:

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of your shipment date, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives intact, but the contents are damaged, please contact us, and we’ll promptly send a replacement.

  • Damaged Packaging: If the packaging is damaged during transit and the products are affected, reach out to us so we can replace your items and work to improve our shipping practices.

  • Bulk Orders: If you have ordered a bulk order, please contact us directly so we can assist you with your concerns.

What to Do with Unused or Used Products

  • Unused Products: If you no longer have a use for your unused product, share the love! Give the product as a gift to a friend or family member who would enjoy luxuriously soft feet and hands.

  • Used Products: If the product has been opened and cannot be gifted, please dispose of it responsibly.
